“As a visitor to the Ashtabula area twice a year I am always looking to find a hidden gem in the town. I recently stumbled upon Harbor Perk and OMG…. This place makes me think of home (NYC), the coffee is absolutely amazing as well food. Nothing compares to a large black coffee with an everything bagel loaded with lox and cream cheese. Mmmm mm good follow that up with the two most down to earth business owners I have ever dealt with. You guys have a customer for life, so much that I began ordering this coffee (grind form) and have it shipped to NY on the regular. Keep up the good work you guys are role models to small businesses nationwide.“

“I ordered my meal and a mocha frappe. There were 20 people I swear, working in the back standing around doing absolutely nothing. My order and two others were the only thing on the board all these 20-year-olds were standing around doing absolutely nothing except for getting in the way of an older woman with gray hair racing around getting everybody’s orders all by herself and having to go way out of her way to avoid all the people standing around she is an amazing employee and they should get rid of the rest cause I think she could do it on her own“
