I absolutely love the colorful decor and beautiful, bright murals throughout the space. They have have a place outside where bands set up and play. There was a band playing the night we ate here and we enjoyed it. Such a bright, happy vibe at this restaurant, and I will definitely be back.”

Steve the owner made us welcome, and after checking the menu, I had the shrimp Po-Boy, friend had half a shrimp Po-Boy and a cup of Gumbo. I have been many times to New Orleans and the food here is every bit as good as N.O.— I took a cup of Gumbo home too. Delicious !!”

“Backyard was recommended to me to try out. 100% worth your trip. I started off with a small order of the Mahi Mahi. I may say without any hesitation, some of the absolute BEST I have ever had. Served on a stone plate with a side of soy sauce and ginger. Then I got the small Memphis pizza. Came out perfectly sliced. It had the wood burning stove markings on the crust. Very flavorful. 10/10 definitely recommend! I definitely will be back!”

“The people that are running the place are so sweet and accomodating! The drinks were delicious! There are so many choices to choose from. The lady who took my order told me that if I didn’t like the drinks that I ordered she could remake something else I might would like instead as they are new and still trying to get the measurements right with the recipes but there was no need, they were so good!
