“This place is sooo fun 🤩. You can pour your own beer and do something fun like different flights. This is how it works - you go up to the front desk and get a Tapsters card. Then you keep the card in the slot and put your beer. The faster you pour, the less the foam! Theres free popcorn and you can get food from Voodoo sushi next door! At the end you can drop it off in the slot boxes up front with the tip signs. The operation game is definitely missing some bones - please replace them, a lot of people like that game. The only thing we didn’t like is that you have to tip given the fact that you’re basically picking up and putting your dishes away, and doing basically everything yourself. You have to check out on the tablet upfront with the Person right there handing you the tablet. It’s a little awkward if you did not tip. Please get rid of tipping, I’m sure the people working there are salaried! Other than that, the place is fabulous! I would’ve given it 5 stars if it wasn’t for the weird tipping!!“

“Wow. This place was recommended to us as my husband and I were looking for the perfect cheeseburger for our wedding anniversary. The staff in the kitchen … you guys are so amazing, warm and gracious. We will be back. The Tinman! That was one extraordinary burger. And the fries, chicken tenders are out of this world with all those sauces. Can’t thank you enough. Also, the interior vibe and feel of the place is wonderful. A MUST if you’re in Cleveland or visiting. ❤️“

“Another good night at FatHeads. Went with a bunch of work buddies. We all had a variety of different beers and all were well received. We had pretty much every appetizer on the menu. Onion rings and the perogies were the best, but all were very good. Good portions as well. Service was very good, we were checked on continuously and service was quick. Overall a very good experience.“

“Harley did a phenomenal job taking care of us and the food was great. A male employee also introduced to us a drink he crafted that was really good. It was a bourbon basil drink. “The food here is actual portions that you would find at a regular restaurant or eatery outside of an airport. There is obviously a slight price increase but for $17 their breakfast was a full sized nice breakfast. I've similarly had their other sandwiches and lunch meals. Beers good, people are nice. It's generally the only place I'll eat at CLE airport because it's not a ripoff.“

“My new favorite restraunt. Whoever manages this place knows how to manage a restraunt. Our server was awesome, he did an excellent job. Checked on us the whole time. Its hard to get good service now a days. The food is amazing. We had the bison burger, shrimp and grits and fish and chips. Best Burger ive ever had, and I don't say that lightly, it was so good. Will definitely be returning.“

“Amazing, cozy, warm atmosphere. $15 beer flights of 8 beers and all are very good! Two hoppy & malty IPAs are among the best. $9 burgers every Tuesday- the Black & Bleu Burger is delicious. The bartender Kelly is friendly, knowledgeable, high energy, and fun- be nice to her and tip her well. Men’s washroom is clean and cool. Last but not least LOTS OF PARKING in their free parking lot. Highly recommend. I’ll be back! 🍻“
