“This place is sooo fun 🤩. You can pour your own beer and do something fun like different flights. This is how it works - you go up to the front desk and get a Tapsters card. Then you keep the card in the slot and put your beer. The faster you pour, the less the foam! Theres free popcorn and you can get food from Voodoo sushi next door! At the end you can drop it off in the slot boxes up front with the tip signs. The operation game is definitely missing some bones - please replace them, a lot of people like that game. The only thing we didn’t like is that you have to tip given the fact that you’re basically picking up and putting your dishes away, and doing basically everything yourself. You have to check out on the tablet upfront with the Person right there handing you the tablet. It’s a little awkward if you did not tip. Please get rid of tipping, I’m sure the people working there are salaried! Other than that, the place is fabulous! I would’ve given it 5 stars if it wasn’t for the weird tipping!!“

“Wow. This place was recommended to us as my husband and I were looking for the perfect cheeseburger for our wedding anniversary. The staff in the kitchen … you guys are so amazing, warm and gracious. We will be back. The Tinman! That was one extraordinary burger. And the fries, chicken tenders are out of this world with all those sauces. Can’t thank you enough. Also, the interior vibe and feel of the place is wonderful. A MUST if you’re in Cleveland or visiting. ❤️“

“We have been a few times and it never disappoints.
I get the Poutine (an appetizer) for my meal. It has a nice smoky flavor on the brisket.
My husband got The Mother Clucker that had a garlic parmesan sauce. He got a $2 sample size of a new red ale, liked it enough to get the full size.
We usually get 3 wing for an appetizer and it is enough for us to split because they are so big.
We got the donuts for dessert - YUM they come out warm with chocolate and blueberry sauces. Delicious
The only negative would be a person in our party had hearing aids. They found the high ceiling cause loud ambient noise level and they ended up turning their hearing aids off.“

“We were there there for The Evening with Robert Irvine. Great benefit. This was a well thought out event. Staff were extremely helpful, pleasant and great at their jobs! Robert was out and about the dining area, making himself available to all participants, giving a great speach. The food was marvelous, each bite the sweet, savory and spicy all very good. The bar area area was well staffed and eager to help. Even making their way out to take orders and clear tables.“

“Great place to get a drink and some food before a flight. The tap list is amazing - highly recommend the amber ale. Food is typical pub food. I got the hot honey chicken sandwich and it was great. Make sure you have a lot of napkins next to you! The prices are higher than expected but then again, it’s inside the airport.
Will definitely go back when flying out of concourse C.“

“My new favorite restraunt. Whoever manages this place knows how to manage a restraunt. Our server was awesome, he did an excellent job. Checked on us the whole time. Its hard to get good service now a days. The food is amazing. We had the bison burger, shrimp and grits and fish and chips. Best Burger ive ever had, and I don't say that lightly, it was so good. Will definitely be returning.“

“Amazing, cozy, warm atmosphere. $15 beer flights of 8 beers and all are very good! Two hoppy & malty IPAs are among the best. $9 burgers every Tuesday- the Black & Bleu Burger is delicious. The bartender Kelly is friendly, knowledgeable, high energy, and fun- be nice to her and tip her well. Men’s washroom is clean and cool. Last but not least LOTS OF PARKING in their free parking lot. Highly recommend. I’ll be back! 🍻“
