“Ordered their food from DoorDash as I was passing through Cleveland. We ordered their beef pho, shrimp spring rolls and their shrimp lo mein. Their pho was decent. Clear broth but lacked richness. The lo mein was the best dish we had. Loved the smokey flavor from the wok.“

“I live about 90 min from Cleveland, and my 8 year old has been begging me to take him somewhere to try bubble tea for weeks now. We were in Cleveland for the night, and Balance was close to where we were staying so I decided to give it a try. The girl working at the counter was AMAZING! She was so helpful and super interactive with my son, literally mirroring his excitement. I know this is something small, but I have worked in the service industry and I know how infrequent it is to get positive feedback. I’m sorry I didn’t catch the girl’s name (she was tall with long blonde hair), but she was fantastic and really made us feel welcome. The restaurant was also super clean and all the employees were working hard.“

“wow food selection was decent I was hoping for some fried fish but it's not a show stopper. Great service from the time you walk to out the door you go. I never ate so much cabbage in my life and I am from Georgia. That was some good eating ,nice variety of food . I had more fun at the buffet than I did at the stripclub. So it's definitely on my list to do again.“
