Well I’ve never had a bad experience until today. The salad was brown and nasty. I asked for extra rolls and we received 4 total. My loaded baked potato was skimped on everything I will posted a picture on the cheese. I feel like I just wasted $60 bucks
Ribs were hot and delicious, smothered chicken was cold and dry. peighton the waitress wasn't impressive. She didn't bring our appetizer until after our meal arrived. She checked on the table next to ours 3 times and refilled their drinks before she got to ours. No veterans discount even though I wore a vet hat and Army polo shirt. poor. just poor this time. usually very good.
just shut it down . waitress sat down right next to me and began a conversation with my boyfriend about what kind of beer was her favorite. Her name was Amy at the Lancaster Ohio location. She brought his food but not mine. I had to flag her down so I could receive my plate. She said she forgot. The worst service I've ever had
