Great burgers and a very clean place to eat as well. Its in a great spot for us in the roofing business to stop by and get a meal for lunch. Never had a bad experience with anyone. It's always been fast and efficient.Parking: Great parking, there is always spots that are convenient
I was just there, and the girl who took my order was texting on her phone while I ordered. After I ordered, she asked me to repeat my order while she took an earbud out of one of her ears. Obviously, she's not going to hear my order if she's listening to something on an earbud and texting.

Went as soon as they open. Not many good locations left in Cincinnati. Drove here right after they opened. In and out of line in less than 2 mins. Just opened, so food hot and fresh and lady at the windown with the glasses was very pleasant.
