“My goodness! I'm just a freelance eater. I've been in Lebanon, Ohio for short term but O Boy, do I love chicken! KFC Cooks the hell out of the chicken here let me tell you! I mean restaurants aren't created equal now a days but HERE! These people know how to follow instructions from corporate. why do I say this? Because KFC years ago used to have consistency anywhere I went. People used to tell me Black folks cooked the chicken the best!Nope! I a pretty down to earth black guy, and you talking about well cooked chicken, sides, even the biscuits are fluffy and buttery!Horray to the staff, COOKS, DAYSHIFT! “We placed a large catering order from Chicken Salad Chick Mason for our wedding, and it was absolutely perfect! Not only was it very affordable, but the food was a huge hit with all of our guests. Everything was fresh, delicious, and ready right on time for pickup. The whole process was easy and stress-free, which made such a difference on our big day. We would definitely recommend them for any event or gathering!“

“Forgot part of the order in the drive through. I called to have the missing items refunded. I was told that was not possible. Both employees I spoke to were rude. I placed a complaint, and received a call back the next day. I was told I would have to drive to the location if I wanted a refund. they could not refund the card. There are plenty of choices for food, this will not be on the list again. Iwill not be back. They could care less about the customer.“

“Marco was outstanding. Came in and needed a large order for my family last minute of 5 large fries and 25 chicken tenders. Marco took the time to make fresh batches for us to make sure I had fresh chicken and fries for my family. Also made sure we had plenty of side sauces so everyone was happy. Waiting the extra few minutes was totally worth it and this is true customer service. I will definitely be returning to this location going forward. Great experience.“

“Mason Montgomery Popeyes is one of the best Popeyes. I’m there everyday and they work there butts off they deserve more than what’s being put on the table. I was in line one afternoon and I overheard a DoorDasher tell the employees that should walk out because he’s there everyday witnessing all the chaos. They deal with rude customers everyday. Rich snobby men and women who has no respect whatsoever. It’s insane what this world is coming to. Literally witnessed a man cuss a young man out because he was one of the only employees in the store and they were closing early.... all I’m saying is ease up. Appreciate the nice employees that are willing to come in every single day and server the same customers. Y’all should understand what this world is coming to and y’all wanna worry about POPEYES 😂🤷🏽‍♂️ wow“
