Your management left a new employee alone to deal with close to 20 customers, as in by herself. The poor girl didn't know what came on a veggie sub and couldn't get help from the other woman to save her life. The other woman came back 3 times to "help", but this girl made our sandwiches herself, so where was the help? Over half the line left rather than wait for this girl to keep up. If you ask them, they will give you whatever you want! Ok, maybe not everything, but they'll definitely put the meats and veggies and whatnot that you ask for on the bread you ask for, so I guess they do what they advertise.

In spite of being in the back corner of a gas station, this subway location is head and shoulders ahead of the pack. I live in nearby Ottawa, and there's a franchise four minutes down the road from my house. That one has mediocre food every time, and higher prices.
