The downside is this location doesnt do online/app ordering so the lines can be long since you cant order ahead. Today was game day so it was busier than normal but there was consistently 10/12 people in line and many that'd walk in and immediately just leave and go to somewhere else.“

“I came in to grab lunch on my way home. Order was made fresh, correctly, and fast. I parked and went inside to order. The inside was clean and I was greeted by the staff right away. Staff members took the time to answer any questions I had and gave recommendation! Everyone was working as a team, even management was chipping in and getting work done. “The food here is terrific. Unfortunately, the service is not so great. I put it in an order on the app to be picked up an hour later. Showed up 10 minutes after my expected time and they had not even started my order. Then they said they were going to charge me extra because I have two kinds of cheese to which I replied I already paid extra on the app. They did not put my potato salad in the bag, and when I pointed that out they acted like I was trying to steal something and went digging through my bag looking for it. The outdoor seating is super rusted. This place needs some help!“

“I LOVE kettle-boiled bagels. There is nothing like them in the world. When found Barry’s Bagels, I thought I’d died and gone to heaven. For the most part their bagels are light, puffy, super soft and full of flavor. However, I can’t tell you how disappointing it is to go in and order a dozen or half dozen bagels and they’re burned, flat, crunchy. The vanilla cinnamon when done right are the absolute BEST bagels in the world followed by the chocolate chip. In October 2025, I brought it to the attention of one of the owners that the bagels are literally burned, flat and crunchy. She kindly apologized, told me they had a new baker and gave me a card to get a dozen free bagels whenever I wanted. So last Sunday I used that card to get the dozen free bagels to take to my church small group-ugh, but the bagels were overcooked. Again! I wish they were more consistent with not overcooking the bagels. If I could trust they would be the same, soft, puffy bagels all the time, I’d go there every single day.

My other pet-peeve is that they close at 2 or 3 pm every day. Why not stay open until at least 4 or 5 pm? I can’t always get there before 2pm and it seems way too early to close a business down for the day. I’m from Vermont. We eat bagels of every kind in every way for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It’s weird to me that I can’t get a bagel sandwich for dinner.

Again on Sunday I ordered poppy seed bagels as a part of my dozen. It was the saddest poppy seed bagel I’d ever seen. There were maybe 10 poppyseeds on the entire bagel. I’ve never seen anything like that.

Cc I’m nn think they need to hire a quality control person to make sure their bagels are the same light, puffy(not burned) bagels consistently.

Also, their fountain soda dispenser has been “out of order” for nearly a year now. Frustrating.

Otherwise it’s a very clean, friendly place.“

“This is a good Tim Horton's, friendly staff, quick service (usually), nice location. They don't seem to get many people parking and going inside so they may not notice you at the counter because they are busy with drive through customers. Also, it is a small shop and they don't have some food items larger Tim's have (like chocolate donuts - you would think would be a big seller).“
