Always a line ! That says a lot about their food. Good price for fresh made in house bagels. Nice customer service. Sometime it take awhile to get through the line bec they are not only slammed with customers inside but they are working on to go online orders as well.
I order a dozen bagels regularly Online.Today was the second time that my Bakers dozen has been shorted multiple bagels. Today’s order featured, missing bagels and bagels smashed so flat that you could not have sliced them in half. when I brought it to the attention of the person at the counter, they shrugged and said that’s just how they look today. All the reviews about the staff being rude are right on the money. I came in for a dozen bagels. I used to come here once every other week, but hadn't been in a while. I thought I'd be the change I wanted to see in the world by smiling and being nice. Didn't seem to matter. Even though there were only two other people in the store, the staff seemed angry and like they didn't want to be there. I don't blame the staff though. This is clearly a management/owner issue. Barry Bagels Westerville offers excellent food with generous portions. Their bagels are very tasty and delicious, and they do them the traditional way of boiling them before being baked. They have a great assortment, plus sandwich bagels. The bagels are chewy and that is a favorite. It's a great spot to concentrate without loud music. While the service isn't friendly, they are definitely worth trying, especially for their bagels sandwiches, which are the best ever had.
