Went in for a bowl, asked for brown rice got 2 half scoops of brown rice had to ask for more 2 times. Got proper chicken portioning. Move to the veggie side of things the fattest amount of pico I’ve seen in my life slapped on my bowl, immediately he adds corn so I ask for the pico to be taken off and he grabs it with his hands and puts in back into the corn pan. And adds a handful of cheese when I said light cheese. Sam and Isaiah what did I just witness
I’m planning to cover this in a general sense. Restaurant workers should really get a feel for interacting with customers from all walks of life. If they have staff who speak two languages and those customers only speak Spanish, it would be great for them to use their bilingual skills. It’s not about feeling less than anyone else; it’s about being kind and smiling. After all, no one wants to eat with a grumpy face.

Chipotle Mexican Grill offers amazing food with fresh flavors and excellent customer service. The restaurant maintains clean tables and a pleasant atmosphere, making it a great place to dine. However, there might be a wait for certain items like steak. The entrance slope could be a concern for low cars. Although some customers have had issues with certain staff members, the majority of the team provides quick service and attentiveness. For example, a young lady with pink hair was noted for being polite and respectful, while a young man working the line was appreciated for his nice demeanor and speed. Despite some complaints about unfriendly staff at times, the overall experience remains enjoyable. The parking lot could benefit from more lighting.
