“I was in the Boardman area to buy a car. It was getting late my wife had lunch and I had a snack before the 1.5 hr. drive., so after the purchase I googled restraunts near me . I thought everything was delicious, the fries are saltier than I would have liked. Now my wife thought everything was over seasoned for her liking, She scraped some off her food . I was satisfied with everything and our waitress was outstanding, checking on us quite frequently.“

“I got this as a take out I've had it in the restaurant I was worried about how it would travel to my home.when I got home I was pleasantly surprised. The salad was good and the shrimp was warm just right for me to mix together. I had enough dressing as well. The bread was still warm too. I pulled up in the curb side parking and was about to get out when server TO G came out and asked if she could help me I told her I was going to place a order she told me she would take it there was no need for me to get out the car. She didn't know I had a long day at the car repair shop and my back was killing me. She took my order and before I could say ouch my back she was back with my order. I love outback but the service today made me really love outback. Whether u go in or order take out the food and service are excellent 5 stars to the take out crew“

“First experience at a Longhorn and I will visit again. Finally, a steak house that looks the steak medium rare for once. Only complaint is the country music was all depressing songs, lol. I know darn well there's upbeat country music. Come on now.“

“I highly recommend that during your next visit to Texas Road House in Niles you ask for Katarina. We had the absolute best experience with her and her training waitress last night when we were celebrating a birthday with our party of 8. It is the simple and kind gestures that make lasting memories and our waitress Katarina made a big one for our daughter also named Katarina! It was finding out that they both shared the same name and spelling of their name that shocked my 6 year old. They had a great connection, and the server Katarina even gave my daughter her name tag knowing how unique their name is and hard to find personalized items. Since leaving she hasn’t taken the name tag off and has been playing ‘server’. The server Katarina said anytime she comes into the restaurant she will have a job, which is all my daughter can tell everyone now! She deserves a bonus or award of some kind for sure!“

“There’s no way a multi million dollar chain food restaurants can be open and serve food to the public when the mens restaurant smells like absolute garbage. I visited this location a few times thinking oh it might of been that one time, giving them the benefit of the doubt; but ohh no it’s every time Ive gone to this roadhouse the mens restaurant smells like no one has cleaned it in a week.“

“Staff are amazing for the most part and I absolutely want to leave the best review but...while we were talking with our wonderful server JoJo a female in glasses approached our table with our appetizer and was explaining how the other app would be out late, but her whole approach and interruption was very rude and we didn't appreciate it, and to later find out she was a manager was shocking! I've never witnessed this kind of unprofessional behavior! Felt really bad for the server who was rudely interrupted! Food was absolutely amazing.“
