Loving the downtown atmosphere. Food and service always good! So lucky here in Lima to have so many choices!
We tried this restaurant for the first time on Saturday. Our reservation was for 6:30. We waited roughly 30 minutes to be seated. When we were seated our waitress took our drinks and appetizers and our dinner order. Never once did she check for drink refills, or ask if the appetizers were okay. We had to clear our own table before our dinner came. When we tried to ask for refills she walked away. ★☆☆☆☆ – Disorganized, Disrespectful, and Deeply Disappointing
Our recent visit to Casa Lu Al in Lima, Ohio, on May 18th was meant to be a celebratory evening to honor my brothers college graduation. Instead, it turned into an embarrassment due to the restaurant’s shocking lack of professionalism and basic human decency—only salvaged by one incredible waitress who deserves better than the team she works with.
