Went here last night and ordered a steak medium and it come out almost well done. They made a new one but it was exactly the same. Didn’t want to wait around for a third attempt so I left. To be fair they didn’t charge me. Since I was annoyed I left my Yeti cup there but didn’t realize it until after they were closed. This must be a normal thing for Lima. We were seated. Placed our order before 3 other tables were seat. They had eated and 2 tables had left. When we finally received our order. Was told it was because I ordered my steak mid-well. The manager never showed up.Go to Fort Wayne IN. A far better place.
My family and I was seated. Then waited for 20 min with no service. Two tables served after us in same section. We assume because of the shirt and hat I had on. We got tired of other servers walking by and looking so we left after 20 min. Horrible policy to ignore customers.
