waited 2 hours for a table. had our group leave the bar saying our table was done. got up there for them to say they made a mistake. as soon as we got up from var they had people immediately take our seats and wouldn't let us order more beverages. making our elderly and handicapped stand for 40 minutes plus for tables that were supposed to be done already. we spent over $600 for them to not care about our group or our handicapped that we're there to support their business. had our party leave the bar so others can sit. saying our tables were ready and then had us and our handicapped people stand in aisles for 40 minutes waiting for the table that we're supposed to be done already. refusing to compensate us and our party after spending $600 plus for our bill.
I called Monday and asked if they take reservations. They do not. But they did tell me to call in that following Friday to check in and then the day of and I should be okay. Mind you, I had 19 people for my son’s birthday dinner. I verified with the lady that 19 people isn’t too much? She stated, “no, we have had bigger party’s before.” I called Friday and verified, like I was told.
