“When I called I never actually expected anyone to pick up because it was 50 minutes after closing (literally 1:50am) Kaden picked up. I had a small issue with my order and I have to say the manager on duty, Kaden (hope I spelled that correctly) handled it with perfect professionalism. Thank you so much for doing such a great job at customer service and customer recovery. At the end of the day that is what matters most. Great job! We will definitely be coming back!“

“20260711 The young lady at the register was polite and she got my order correct. After driving 6 or so miles to the hotel, checked in, took my luggage into the room, walked my dogs.... and the chicken was still crispy!!! Amazing!! My pup loved the chicken 😋“

“Was informed by my brother of the chicken bucket special. Stopped in to pick some up on my way home from visiting friend's. Did have to wait around 10 minutes for my order but believe me it was totally worth it! My chicken was so freshly cooked my fingers could barely touch it to eat a bite on my driveway home. The server at KFC gave free soda cups for customers having to wait for the chicken to cook. The chicken was totally delicious! As well as the sides I ordered. Way to go KFC!!“

“I ate inside the restaurant yesterday (8/05/2026), the first time in awhile. Just usually go through the drive thru and go home. I met Bart, the gentleman who took our order. Now, we met him before he took our order, because he was holding the door open for us, because I am in a wheelchair. Very seldom does something like this happens, and I am okay with that, just call it independence, or my wife. Lol.. But seriously Bart went out of his way to make us feel special, and that says a lot about his character. Never met the man before that day. We will be back again. Now to the food, the mash potatoes and the awesome white gravy, and the coleslaw were the best. In fact I would love to have that white gravy in my potato bowl when I order it. It's just that dang good. The chicken fry steak was really greasy. I am so not mad, I cleaned my tray. I promise. Just a heads up about the chicken.“
