We had my daughters grad party 8-7. Everything was perfect. I have never seen a more beautiful grad party. The food was super. And the staff was beyond amazing. Thank you so much ♥️
We were going to use spectrum Catering for our wedding because the old owner assured us that they could handle my severe wheat allergy. So we booked them months in advance.
It got sold to the new owner. I called at least 2 times to get in for an initial tasting before 1 WEEK before my wedding, but that didn't happen.

I attended a beautiful reception recently with Spectrum Catering. The food was slowly served so that the entire reception did not dine synchronously. The food lacked flavor and was served cold. I ordered prime rib and got chicken. Even the bride said she was going to have to talk to the caterers. The entire service was not on par with a professional level of catering. I would not recommend for catering. It was so poor that I had to write a review.
