A very kind young lady just made us the very best Papa John’s pizza we’ve had since Papa started the chain (5/30/26 approx. noon). She was so kind with our order and so kind when hubby picked it up. This place used to be on point fresh and ready quickly… now you order online app says it’s ready, show up with 3-4 people waiting and no one services you when you walk in, you have to wait and then when they come up front they act like you don’t exist… pizza isn’t ready when the app says it is.. super slow anymore..
usually this place does a good job, but tonight i had a pizza and cheese sticks that were not good. overcooked, barely any cheese or topping on the pizza, there was more crust than any thing. bottom of pizza was brittle and crunchy. the cheese sticks also had barely any cheese and was also not hot but yet overcooked and crunchy as well
