People here were very nice. The service provided to us was great! We were able to sample several beers. We arrived here very hungry so we did a couple of appetizers and a couple of entrées. Each one was superb! Large portions. Homemade touch to everything. Best brewery food I have ever had ❤️ We will be back!

My son had football practice in the green space near unhitched so my youngest and I had dinner outside under the tent. Our server Amelia was SO accommodating making sure we had plenty of ice and water. Even after we finished our dinner, she brought fresh ice water so we could hang out until the end of practice. The food at unhitched is always great & the service really seems to get better each time we visit.

This place has been recommended to me from a few different people. We were excited to try it out. The building is cool and the restaurant inside was set up very nicely. We sat at the bar and our service was average. For a starter we got the special Birria fries and they definitely lacked flavor. Next up was the smashburger and confit wings with garlic buffalo sauce. Again, the flavor just wasn’t there. I was really hoping for something more. Everything was so close to being very good, just missing something. I honestly feel like if things were simplified instead of throwing so many ingredients at the food it would go along way.
With that said, we will give them another shot as their menu does appear to change often.

Great food, wide range of beer selections. The Farmer’s Cheese is a must! The hearth-baked pita is served still puffed up like a balloon, and it’s perfect for the warm honey and creamy cheese. We’ve never had a meal we didn’t like.
My daughter had her bridal shower in a private room at Unhitched. The cost was quite reasonable, and the staff were very helpful in planning and hosting the event.

What a great place. Went to lunch with about 16 coworkers and the food, service and atmosphere. And to get everyone’s meals out within a few mins of each other and correct, simply amazing! Great Job team Unhintched!

All ingredients sourced from less than a 400 mile radius… and you can taste the difference. The pizza is out of this world delightful. The La Dolce Vita pizza was so fresh and balanced. It might be one of the best pizza’s I’ve had in a long time.
Had a great conversation with the owner about their background and brewing technique. Very solid 💪. Their wheat IPA is a perfect summer beer.
This is a must stop if you are in or even close to Louisville!

We had the smashburger and the outstanding chicken sandwich with fries. Nice atmosphere but a little loud. Definitely make reservations. We split both sandwiches...he liked the smashburger, and I liked the chicken the best, but both were excellent. Waitress was such a sweetheart... we got the beer flight, and they were all good.

First time visiting Unhitched. The ambiance is good. They have the best Pretzel I have ever eaten. Their Smashburger and Fried Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich were very delicious. The French fries were a little salty for my taste. Banana Pudding was ok. Very helpful and nice employees. Gage, the cook, also rocks!! I can't wait to go back and try their salad.
The food and service was AMAZING!! However we were asked to leave and give up our table due to another reservation. We were not disruptive or rude, and we had ordered drinks an hour prior after spending $70 each (table of three). The restaurant was not busy and we were surrounded by open tables. I understand if it was during a busy time and they did have reservations.. however the way it was handled and the way we were glared at while they were waiting for us to leave put a really bad taste in our mouth. One of us had a full to drink to finish and we felt pushed out and disrespected. Such a shame because we did really like the food and drinks 😟

Great beer and food. Staff was very friendly and professional. Only problem was we were rudely approached by a male employee as we were leaving. We had asked the bartender if they had a military discount to which she responded no. Not a problem but we always ask. This guy came up telling us he was a marine and didn’t join to get military discount! He said he heard we were “upset” there was no discount there. My buddy and I are both retired from the military and appreciate any provided discounts but have no issues with places that don’t offer them. To approach paying customers with his attitude was completely uncalled for!!
