I think it is incredibly messed up that the management of this building or maybe even the gm has only TWO PEOPLE working in here right now in the mornings and honestly it is always understaffed this is a busy store what the hell is going on here ???? Do you know what city you are serving to the amount of people that commute though here and to this city????? You have completely dropped the ball and are leaving your employees to the wolves. Today I encountered the worst service and the rudest lady working out the window I had to tell her my order twice I ordered a large caramel craze iced latte And a regular glazed donut I get to the window I am handed a hot drink I simply told her that I ordered a iced latte she got upset ripped the drink from my hand I was handed my donut did not bother to check I didn’t think it was that difficult to handsome a regular glazed donut so that she’s making my drink the correct...read full review
