Americano came up fast & hot surprisingly. SB getting real slow at simple coffee/bar orders anywhere. Paid in the app. First SB I've ever been to that has a separate tip machine goading for more money. Don't SB employees make over min wage? I thought SB was trying to make guests feel comfortable, not guilt them into paying more for an already expensive drink.
Luckily I'm in Akron with way more choices of coffee shops & SBs that don't grub for more money.

Coffee is great, the place is as good as any other Starbucks, staff is no issues, nice and friendly, but the drive through wait is inadequate. It took 25 minutes to receive a single coffee. As much as I enjoy the coffee I do not wish to spend this amount of time waiting for it.
Well I got the pink energy drink this time is was my more of a liquid drink but I purchased it at a different Starbucks and it's was a slushy drink..not sure why..the slushy drink is better.

This Starbucks Coffee Company location has an awesome cafe with a hardworking crew that is very kind and respectful. The team is communicative and respectful, with personable charm. One girl was a real sister, a girls girl who did not make it awkward when asked for a pad or tampon. However, a hot venti white chocolate latte had absolutely no white chocolate syrup. They were out of cold brew, and it was not ready till 7pm, but the person running the front was amazing and fixed the issue. A bit overpriced, but this place specializes in bean juice with attention to detail and careful adherence to customization. Highly recommend this location.
