Usually i have no problems with this location. Especially when Trey or the sweet lady with the blonde braid (i cant remember her name) is on shift. They always make my food as quick as they can. Today i could tell that they only had new hires on the floor and made no haste with my order. I just wanted to get some quick food and go home. Instead I waited over 40 minutes to get my food. Extremely disappointed with todays service
What I ordered and what I got, never again.
We ordered at the kiosk and waited about 10 minutes for an older lady manager to say the order did not go through. They were having troubles with their system and wanted to make us repay. We said that we were not going to repay and they said there was nothing that we could do.

Overall, the location offers a good dining experience with some occasional waits, but customers generally leave satisfied with the food and service.
