“On Tuesday, June 17th, 18 old ladies and gents "dropped in" for lunch, thinking arrangements had been made for us. Someone slipped up. The restaurant already had a healthy number of customers but the staff hustled tables, chairs, setups, etc. and in no time, we were soon seated and making our food choices. Instead of any of the staff having an "attitude", we were treated with Simon's usual good cheer. Bravo Simon's!“

“I came in to order a take out order, I was greeted by the friendliest waitress named MiMi. She was very welcoming, giving me great recommendations and sneering any questions I had about the menu. I will be returning to dine in soon and request her to be my waitress. I ordered a grilled chicken salad and a raspberry tea. The lettuce was green no wilting and all vegetables looked fresh & the homemade ranch dressing was delicious! Very happy with my choice, the quality of my food and the quality service I received from MiMi.“

“I got French toast with whip cream and strawberries and it was more then I had on the card I had ro pay I was 1$ and s I me change short and they gave me it for less after I had already told them b4 they made it I didn't have enough money. It was so kind of them to still give me the food and they took care of the amount I was short. It was 10$ and change and I only had 9$ and change

“Yes, the food was delicious, however it's the remarkable customer service I am compelled to acknowledge. There was an unusual delay with our meal, and I greatly appreciate how our server and the managers handled it. I'll shorten their names and say Can, Andra, and Joe (can't shorten that...lol) were all wonderful. In a society in which customer service appears to have been thrown out the window, it was impressively refreshing to see it's still present at this Bob Evans. I understand mishaps happen. What caused your service to stand out was the way you chose to respond, particularly our server, Can. She's young and remained confidently calm and courteous while staying on top of the matter. You all did well, and my father and I greatly appreciate it. Thank you!“
