“This place got destroyed on some of these reviews, but I looked at the more recent ones and it was trending positively, so we gave them a shot.

Ordered five pizzas and breadsticks for a birthday party for take out on a Saturday, lunch time. The order was ready on time, accurate, and the food tasted delicious. No complaints.

Sometimes it takes just one bad employee to tank a restaurant. Thankfully it looks like this location has some good staff at the moment, we are glad we gave them a shot and will return again.“

“It has been several years since we dined at Roosters. We decided to have a late lunch there today, especially since the parking lot was not overly full. We noticed the decor was relatively unchanged over our years of absence, and the menu items were pretty close to what we recalled from before. We ordered the corn dog appetizer, a cheeseburger, a barbecue chicken pizza, and some curly fries. All the items were very tasty, but the temperature was not as hot as expected. Service was great!“

“Highly recommend if you are looking for a great burger! We started with the mac and cheese bites which were great with the posty sauce. My husband had the 1788 burger, and I had the slider sampler. Everything was delicious! And the food was ready so fast! Our server was very friendly and checked on us often.
We chose this restaurant because it had a dog friendly patio. They brought a water bowl for our dog and even had dog treats in a mailbox! VERY dog friendly!“

“When this location on beechmont first opened, it wasn't so great. Service was terrible, no greeting at the door, people packed in like sardines, utter chaos going on behind the counter, filthy store. Orders in disarray. Needless to say, I came in one more time for a door dash order and ended up having to cancel it because it was going to be late, and I needed to keep it moving. However, I did go back and try again 6 months ago and I was amazed at how bright, clean, organized, professional, and kind the staff was and how fast I got my order. I do carry out from this location about 2-3x a month. I figured it was under new management. Today, I met the manager, Nicole Stetter. Very very professional and kind. She had me do a survey and I got a BROWNIE! For doing the survey. She saved me a trip, because I usually go next door to the cheese cakery for my dessert. The brownie is delish and now I only need to make one stop instead of 2 when I do carry out. The wings and fries here are FIRE 🔥 and a clean store, and professionalism make food more enjoyable!! I'm glad I made the choice to go back and give them another chance when I did. Ciao!“

“Wonderful experience. Went in Monday and Tyler took care of me and gave me the 9.99 special said he would go ahead and do it for me. Last time I was in there, it was a girl that wouldn’t honor the special and said online only even though I don’t use online ever. Was such a nice guy and really knows customer service in the way it should be done. He should be running that store with how fast he is on that line. I went in there and he was flying circles around 2 females working. I was honestly impressed.“
