The property and house are very clean and nice. We love coming here. Its quiet and very serene property and we love sitting outside in the woods and being in the vineyards. Inside is very nice and has plenty of seating.“

“This place has a lovely outdoor seating area. There was a band inside when we were there and could barely hear ourselves think. Server was nice and knowledgeable about the wines. This is probably the least refined of the wineries we went to, but I loved the feel and the people. Would diffidently go back when the weather is warm.“

Having a local winery just 6 miles from home where we live, today felt like we were at home. The staff were very friendly as were the patrons. We were fortunate enough to even hear some local musicians. We had a few glasses of white wine which was very tasty. Heard some great music from a band called Dawn to Dusk Trio, they were great. If we did not live a 10 hour drive or a 1.5 hour plane ride away we would visit more often.“

The tasting line was long when we arrived, but moved very quickly and the staff was extremely friendly. I would definitely recommend. “Just spent the past weekend at Geneva on the lake for a bachelorette party. After walking around the strip and getting dirty looks every time we walked into an establishment to eat (we actually walked out of one for how poorly we were treated upon walking into) we stumbled upon Old Firehouse Winery! As soon as we walked up to the hostess’s area with our party of 9 we were immediately greeted by Iosif who happened to be our server as well. He made us all feel so welcomed and it was a breath of fresh air to feel welcomed after not feeling so welcomed everywhere else we tried to eat at. The food was amazing! Yes, it did take awhile to come out, but it was worth the wait! I ordered a smoked pretzel burger and fries, it was cooked to perfection, so flavorful and filling! Price was on point! The wine slushies were amazing! The live entertainment was also lovely! It kept us entertained while waiting for our food and the live musician was also so friendly and welcoming to our party! I highly recommend this place if you’re wanting a nice relaxing place to sit and eat, enjoying some live music and listening to the waves from the lake! I truly appreciate the service provided to us (a party of 9 women drinking is probably not something any server wants to handle) but Iosif did it so well and deserves some recognition for sure! We’ll definitely recommend and be back next time we come to visit!“
