“I visited on 5/8/26 and accidentally placed my order for pickup the next day. After I showed my receipt, the staff took care of it immediately and gave me my cookies with no issues. The cookies were great, but the customer service stood out the most. Friendly, understanding, and very helpful.“

“Finding a nut free bakery is almost impossible! This bakery is amazing, I have a peanut treenut allergy and I was sooo excited to find this donut shop. Even my boyfriend who does not have allergies absolutely loves this place. They do so many different flavors and are 100% nut free. I would recommend them again and again☺️“

“I visited the 1st time in a longtime. got a dozen of mixed donuts 🍩. Half yeast/ half cake. the cake donuts were awful. They were overcooked, so hard you couldn't even bite into the side. looks were very deceiving. On a rating scale of 1 out of 10. 1 being the worse, 10 bring the best. I would rate them as a 4. come on you can do better. Have a great day.“

“Very good cookies and the staff were quick and friendly. I got the blue raspberry, blueberry muffin, and sea salt toffee cookies.
The workers greeted me when I entered, and I liked being able to order from the screens. The cookies were warm and delicious. This time I got s'mores, biscoff, and celebration.“

“Erica was so easy to work with, communicate with, and best of all her desserts were beyond to die for. They had such great flavor. The photos never do justice. They were beautiful in photos but of course in person they looked even better. I had so many compliments on the looks and taste. I could not recommend her enough. Her and her husband were very easy to talk to as well when they arrived to set everything up. She made our day so special and I wouldn’t change it for the world. She made my vision come to life with ease. I never worried whenever I reached out. I just don’t have enough good things to say. Erica made everything perfect for our day and I would choose her and her business over and over again!“

“Amazing cheesecake and highly recommended. Freshly made and sweet, but not overpowering. Best I've had. Somehow, the blueberries were evenly spread throughout and remained in whole pieces.

“Last Friday afternoon we took my granddaughter to the Maineville location (because it was closer) to pick out her birthday treat. It was a happy occasion so we went in friendly and left friendly but the kids working the counter... they must be bots!😅 They had an air of impatience, wouldn't look customers in eye or smile. Instead of leaving them a negative review, I decided to leave the Mason location a well deserved positive one. Mason has a smaller layout but is always somehow filled with a bigger selection than the other stores. We've always had warm and helpful customer service in the Mason location and we realized that good customer service is worth driving a little further. 💗“

“I’m in there about every couple weeks all the people that work there are so very friendly you couldn’t ask for a better staff. I do in-home healthcare and one of my clients just turned 101 and Servanti’s made her A cake for her birthday and they paid for it. I just wanna give them a huge shout out. Thank you so very much for all your hospitality that you guys do. She truly loved her cake. It turned out so beautiful.“

“These donuts are exceptional. When you go to Holtman’s, don’t manage your expectations. They are THAT good. From the first time that I tried them, I was willing to drive between 30 minutes to an hour to get these donuts. Also, since the first time I ever tried them it’s almost like no other donut is sufficient. My top two donuts from there are the blackberry jelly fill or any of their jelly filled options and the cinnamon roll. The Red Velvet and blueberry cake doughnut both had their amazing cream cheese icing. Don’t leave without getting a doughnut that has their cream cheese icing on it!“

“The best deal in town for fresh bread and Bagels. They get their bread fresh every Friday morning, so that's actually the best time to go. The employees are very nice, respectful and helpful . I would definitely encourage people on a Budget to come here.“

“Cinnabons are delicious. I get a cup of extra frosting. The frosting is a great one. Tangy & cream-cheesy. As homemade as you can get.
The truck stop is very clean & the food serving areas are always new & updated-looking. (since the last 10 years) There are lots of nice-looking food choices.
Plus there’s a Wendy’s accessible inside the Love’s.
This is a good place. We all need gas & food, etc. when we travel. This one has been clean & very spic & span for 10 years now, that I know of.

“I came in for a scoop of cookies and cream. I am allergic to raspberry and saw a little swipe of it got on my ice cream. The guy at the counter not only remade my cone, but offered to use a fresh, unused tub and newly packaged ice cream scoop. He went above and beyond. Thank you so much!“
