Chipotle Mexican Grill in Mansfield

“Went to Chipotle on 7/16 while visiting for INKcarceration. I have Celiac, so I wanted a place that had options. I attempted contacting a local Mexican restaurant in Belleville, but they could not answer any questions regarding what might be safe for me to eat, then hung up on me.

I expanded my search and found a Chipotle not much farther down the road. I am delighted that it didn’t work out at the first place because Carter, Liliana, Gavin, and the rest of the crew working tonight were incredibly accommodating. I requested that gloves were changed and the whole crew shifted gears and went into prep mode. I feel like a huge inconvenience most of the time, but this crew did not make me feel the slightest bit like I was an inconvenience. They were friendly and accommodating. I will stop by again if I have the chance!“

“For the first time in a long time they were fully shocked and staffed. The food was fresh and delicious. The staff are ok, not overly friendly or driven. The trash is always overflowing, the utensil containers are always dirty, and the water dispenser was misfiring.“
