ordered on line via fazoli app. paid on line. arrived and told too short staffed to run pick up window. I am handicapped and could not go in to pick it up. no one would hand it out window. would not refund my money. no main number found to call. manager no help whatsoever. I am out food and money and received nothing. will not return!
They messed up my order, made me wait an hr and a half to "remake" mine and my daughter's pizza pasta, then proceeded to refuse full refund because THEY gave me cheesecake for waiting so long. Our pasta came out and it didn't have pepperoni on it like we expected or as shown on the picture of the dish.
