This is not the baristas fault, but they had one person working and it took 45 minutes from the time I got in line to the time I got my drink. I was standing in line for over half an hour and they had ONE person working. That’s setting them up for failure. The two people in front of me ordered a total of over 20 drinks between the two of them. I felt so bad for her. They need to have a limit on how many drinks one person can order in person if they are only going to have one...
The morning staff is trash. They will finish there conversation before waiting on you and have an attitude with you because you don't know what you want. I don't even want to come in here anymore. It is every time I come in.
Since the chain remodled its a poor drive thru.I so do miss having a place to sit and visit with my daughter,or a friend day having a snack and coffee.Now to do a daughter or friends day we have to go to Wooster.
