The morning staff is trash. They will finish there conversation before waiting on you and have an attitude with you because you don't know what you want. I don't even want to come in here anymore. It is every time I come in.

Since the chain remodled its a poor drive thru.I so do miss having a place to sit and visit with my daughter,or a friend day having a snack and coffee.Now to do a daughter or friends day we have to go to Wooster.

We always get our daughter the pink drink but it's never made the same way. They always add something different or to much of this and that. But that's the way Starbucks is you get it the way you order it. Other than that it's always good.
