Don’t use their app! Didn’t find out till I arrived that their machine for drinks was broken down and the said I have to go through the app to ATTEMPT to get my money back for the drink. They “said” they could not refund my money only the app can. (By manager)

The young man at the register was very friendly and helpful, the food and coffee were excellent. However, the young lady who was preparing the orders popped off with a comment about people not tipping. Loud enough for everyone in the store to hear. What makes you think you're entitled to a tip? Are you a waitress that makes 2.33 an hour and relies on tips? Was the customer seated and you came to their table, took their order and waited on them continously? No, you did not....

I have only been here a couple times but I love how fast the service is and how friendly the staff are. The girl at the window this morning I think her name was Brittany was very pleasant and made sure I had everything I needed with a smile on her face the whole time. If all the staff are like her I will definitely be coming back!
