“Not sure what everyone's issues are with this location. The order was correct, food was hot and as expected. The employees mirror their customers very well. The customer that shows respect, gets respect. Have a good attitude, get a good attitude. Shows patience, gets patience. It's not tough, people. This is a rest stop food place. They're paid in peanuts, work exploitative hours, and deal with horrible people all day. People who only stop as they're passing through, never having to return again and taking advantage of it by treating the employees like garbage, anonymously, never having to see them again. You may suggest they get a different job if they don't like it but in the same breath complain when the new hires suck or the location is closed because management can't find anyone to keep it open.“

“Maggie's has AMAZING donuts and other breakfast items like apple fritters and cinnamon rolls. We love the way this business supports individuals of all abilities and has made the workplace an environment that accommodates a variety of needs. This place is a must stop when in NE Ohio“

“This place is absolutely amazing! I haven’t had donuts this good since I was younger. I would definitely recommend ordering before hand, but MAN is it worth it! 1000000/10“

“I am a steady patron of Aurora DD I visit daily, sometimes twice a day I have observed over the summer months hard working teenagers doing their best during low staffing We all know everywhere you go to eat or shop staffing is way down causing longer waits and less customer services I have experienced my self frosted donuts upside down in bags, wrong coffee order and at times a no “ thank you “ for my order I tolerated these errors knowing that the staffing was way low and the teenagers who were working were doing the best they could After all wherever you go now a days you usually run into the same difficulties Then enter “Natalie “ the new manager at DD I believe I started seeing Natalie late July All of a sudden staff was smiling, getting my order correct, greeting me and thanking me A complete turn around but same old problems remained I believe the difference has been made by staff knowing their manager is right beside them Working long hours Natalie praises her staff and makes them feel good about their daily hard work dealing with lines that go out into the street Natalie expects her staff to realize that if the customers do not come then there is no paycheck She acknowledges that dealing with the public is difficult You cannot make everyone happy but she teaches her staff to smile, be grateful, pay attention to what your job is for that shift and know errors will occur less if your happy with what you are doing Now that fall is around the corner many of the staff have left to go off to college or cut back on their hours to play high school sports When you patron Aurora DD know they truly are doing the best they can Ask to meet Natalie She is the one with the smile on her face waiting to meet you and thank you for your business“

“The employees at this location are excellent. I come in around 10am. All of them are very friendly. I'm unsure what they're names are, but the girl who rings up the orders knows my whole order to a tee! Everytime I show up I'm greeted with a friendly smile and my order ready on standby. I always enjoy stopping in when I'm on my way to work.“
