First time visiting this location since I’ve moved. Great customer service and the manager was very kind and polite. The facility was clean and my service was SUPER QUICK! Thank you, girls! Keep up the great work even though you guys were short-staffed! ??❤️
Long wait times. It took me a half hour to get my food. And they forgot my fries. They close the dine-in at 5. So I had to go back through the line and wait another half hour for my fries.

I usually don't give reviews on Fast Food restaurants, but I simply had to today. My husband and I went to Rally's in Maple Hts., and ordered a burger, fries,and a caramel cheesecake sundae. I have ordered them before from this location. But when I tell you this was the prettiest sundae I have ever seen (outside of a five star restaurant), it was the prettiest!
