We ordered 2 classic roast beef n cheddar, we got 1 sloppy beef n cheddar, 1 roast beef sandwich. We ordered 1 kindle cut fries, they were so salty my husband got into a coughing fit & almost threw up !! Unreal.....the worst Arby's we ever ate at !!
Oof. Slowest service at a fast food restaurant ever. Ever. They ignored a growing line for about 6 or 7 minutes as two people basically tripped over each other to try to figure out the order for the person before us. (Which surprise surprise they messed up.) After we ordered we waited another 8 minutes or so for the our name to be called. They forgot one sandwich and the dip for the French dip sandwich. They seemed confused when they were asked for the dip for the French dip sandwich....read full review

My recent visit was the drive thru. The time was good as well as the service. However I wasn't happy with the fish sandwich I ordered. The picture on the drive thru menu showed it with a tomato. ? My sandwich ? not only didn't have a tomato it had no tarter sauce, and little lettuce and was cold. That was a waste of money I threw it away because it was also cold.
