“My wife and I ordered 12 breaded wings, with two sauces combined. We had Thai Ghost and BBQ mixed together. We asked for them to be cooked extra crispy. We decided we would order more if needed. As it turned out, we were stuffed after her 3 and my 5. The kitchen absolutely nailed the crispy texture we were looking for. I had 4 drummies and 1 flat. In order to finish our beer we could not finish all 12. They will be air fried tomorrow for lunch! Next time, we will probably just go with Thai Ghost Pepper!”

“Had a late lunch at Leon's today. Ordered the Smashburger. Good burger and proper portion size for the money. The fries were pretty good but I prefer them unseasoned. The soft drink was a disappointment. Had a root beer and my friend had diet Coke. Both were extremely watered down. For a $4 soda they definitely need to up the amount of syrup in the carbonated water mix. The amount of carbonation was good, just not enough syrup. The service was good enough, about what you would expect.”

“We went to Michoacán and picked up lunch. We had a beef also a chicken Gordita. We ordered the spicy pico and sauce. It was awesome! Also ordered a scoop of sweet corn ice cream and a scoop of churro ice cream. The ice cream itself is high quality and very creamy. They have so many flavors from traditional to very Latino. Whether you are in the mood for ice cream or some really tasty Mexican street food this place worth a try!”

“I went today for the first time, and will be back again. Such a cute little experience and absolutely wonderful fresh, flavorful food!!! I got myself a SF white mocha iced latte, maple sausage focaccia breakfast sandwich, coconut cream cake & a BB muffin! Let me just say that sandwich is worth every penny! Such a large sandwich and you can taste how fresh the ingredients are!!! As for that coconut cake…. WOW! I absolutely love coconut cake and this was absolutely delicious. The cake just melts in your mouth with how moist it is. The perfect amount of coconut makes for a delicious and buttery cake & the frosting was perfect. 10/10 experience! The outdoor seating is also perfect with a great view.”

Most recently, we ordered our wedding cake and cupcakes from them and they were such a hit! We went with a classic vanilla cake and lemon, vanilla, chocolate, chocolate chip, and banana cupcakes - everyone loved them! The staff is super friendly, kind, and communicative! “How do you spell delicious? K-I-T-S-C-H-E-N Bakery in historic downtown (uptown) Marysville. My husband and I enjoyed the Valentine’s Tea on Feb. 10 that featured a three-tiered tray of yummy delights. The first tier tickled our taste buds with croissants and a variety of spreads – butter, Devonshire cream, bourbon apple butter, and lemon curd. The second tier was filled with more delicious foods – cucumber and dill sandwiches, egg salad croissants, Waldorf salad, and mini quiches. Arranged on the third tier were a number of delectables that would easily satisfy any sweet tooth – Pavlova, fudge brownies, shortbread cookies, and cheesecake. Serving sizes were more than adequate and there was enough to take home to round out a meal. And of course, there was tea. I chose the vanilla black; it could become a new favorite for me. My husband (not a tea drinker) chose coffee. Service was attentive and the atmosphere was vintage quaint. If you missed this event, Kitschen Bakery holds teas at various times throughout the year. The next one will probably be Mother’s Day.”

“Rollies is a great little ice cream shop and boba spot, come here frequently with my daughter she loves the YOLO and I usually get fruity bam bam, the boba is delicious and the ice cream is always a good treat, I do not feel they are skimpy on toppings either, employees are always friendly, if the store is busy it can be a bit of wait, but generally only one employee works except during peak season so keep that in mind, if you are visiting Marysville this is a must try.”

“Although Waffle House gets a bad rap for being a ubiquitous highway side restaurant, they actually consistently serve very good quality food at a very good price. They also commit to staying open during disaster situations with many of them having emergency backup generators and a special grid-down menu. FEMA actually has a measurement tool for rating the severity of a disaster known as the Waffle House Index, which is based on the degree of interruption reported by affected Waffle Houses. Don’t believe me? Google it !!!!”
