I want to give a huge shout-out to **Luke** at Chipotle! I let him know that we have allergies to certain foods, and he went above and beyond to make sure our meal was prepared safely. He took extra care throughout the entire process, paid close attention to our concerns, and made our Chipotle bowl perfectly.

The rice was undercooked and the chicken had an chewy texture. Despite multiple requests for an proper serving, the portions provided remained pathetic. Upon realizing the quality did not meet my standards, I requested a refund; however, I would like to note that the manager handled the situation professionally.
