We first met with Tim and then transitioned to working with Joe and his wife. They were so great to work with. Professional, timely, organized and best of all created wonderful food. And I will add always a smile on their faces. They were open to us creating our menu wants. They are reasonable but top quality food. The day of the wedding Joe and his staff were spot on with everything. They were open to my needs of some extra special add ons.
