I just wanna stop above but too good to pass up.
The Dagwood burger, onions and mushrooms, I’m not even a mushroom fan, but I get it when I’m hungry every time. Great people, great service, and though I’m not into the bar, I’ve always felt comfortable bringing my family here.“

“Stopped to eat here for the 1st time since I moved away in 1980. I.loved the breakfasts then. I was seated immediately and had a drink within 2 minutes. I wanted something signature so I ordered the Roast Beef Comfort Bowl, Cole slaw and a cup of Broccoli Cheddar soup. Soup and slaw arrived within 2 minutes. Once I tasted the soup I knew I made a mistake when I ordered it. I should have ordered a bowl. Best Broccoli Cheddar soup I've ever had. I took 2 pints home.
The homemade noodles and gravy were exceptional. The service and food were so good and the price so low, I left a 55% tip. Even better than I remembered.“

“The prices are great, but what really impressed me was the taste of the food. I have never had French toast that was so perfectly cooked. I also got one biscuit and gravy and it was so big, it could have been a meal in itself. The biscuit was flaky and fresh. My only complaint, and it is surprising coming from a diner, is that the coffee was not good. It was bitter. It tasted like decaf, though I am sure it wasn't. It was just not good. Everything else made up for it though.“

“The food is great! I especially love their chicken sticks. My folks are partial to the won ton ( wonton? ) soup. They've been coming here for years, and it rarely disappoints.
I put 5 for the atmosphere because I like waiting for food here. They usually have a couple of chairs and some newspapers to read. That and you can see the neighborhoods from the windows, which is a plus.“

“My family came in yesterday to eat it was our first time here. Our waitress was so nice our food was amazing. My husband got a cheeseburger he said was super delicious one of my sons got the pepperoni pizza which was amazing as well my other son got a chicken bacon wrap he said it was the best wrap he’s ever had I got the Philly cheesesteak sub it was soooo good I should have only gotten half it was so filling. The service here is top tier. We will be coming back very soon“
