“Stopped in after a movie...first time for us. We are not wine drinkers, happy to see other drinks on the menu. We loved our seat by the fireplace, love the heavy duty tables and chairs.

It was clean and we were greeted. Our server was Hanah-she delivered a great experience. The french onion soup was very tasty and my husband got the burger. Everything was excellent. Thank you.“

“We met here for a managers meeting and it worked out great. There was the perfect seating out of the way so we didn't have to worry about bothering others.
I personally am still adjusting to this new world of limited human contact in customer service, I'm not a fan. You place your order on a computer and pick your order up at the counter all with no interaction with an employee.
Overall the location served it's purpose and it was a pleasant experience.“

“Let me tell you something.... I got out to eat often, and none of these high dollar restaurants come close to matching the energy, happiness and delight that the staff had here today. Its Chick Fil A, the foods always good... but this was one of my first times ever eating inside of one, and the service I received was impeccable. Young man walked around and refilled our drinks, took care of trash trays, young lady at register was super super friendly. All around, impeccable experience. Keep it up!“

“Eclectic decor in a super cool old building that was the first building in Downtown Toledo to be wired for electricity! Wow we sent our compliments to the chef, everything was absolutely delicious and perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. “Yummm!!! First off, Aiden was so polite and patient taking my daughter and I order over the phone. He said 30-45mins. Food was delivered almost exactly 30 mins! Piping hot! Absolutely delicious! Haven't ordered in a few years from that location but absolutely will from now on. Great job staff!“

He was very kind, and asked how we were doing which was very thoughtful as our baby was in the hospital at the time. We would definitely go here over the other location in town.“

“This Panera is inside Entrance B of the hospital, for anyone else who is confused trying to find it like I was. The food was exactly as expected for Panera, which means my soup and bread was delicious. I love the broccoli cheddar. It would be much more convenient to eat here if there were more (or any) signs on the hospital campus telling you where it is.“
