Absolutely terrible service, don’t go past 5 o clock. Everyone in there hates working and it shows, better off not even working. Wait is 30 mins minimum, they will say your order is ready and hasn’t been made or ticket even printed out. Never thought I’d say it but steelyard commons has a better chipotle, very disappointing.
By far the worst Chipotle around the eastside of Cleveland. I normally don’t bother to write bad reviews, but this place truly does deserve to be closed.Tonight I went there with my family. I’m a very patient guy but to an extent. I understand it was almost closing time when I arrived but there were 4 people already waiting ahead of me who weren’t helped yet.
