We loved BIBIBOP when it first opened and we make purchases several times a month. Lately we don’t particularly enjoy ordering the food. When making online orders, they never, and I do mean never, get the order correct. When ordering at the restaurant, it feels so draining, the staff looks miserable and like they really do not want to assist you or work there. This is my personal favorite place to go to if I want to build my own bowl. I always go with white rice, potatoes, eggs, pineapple, spicy chicken, steak cheese, Yum Yum sauce, and That spicy Sriracha. I’ve been to a couple BIBIBOP’S And whoever runs the show at the one in Mentor is doing it, right. The problem that I had was my food was burnt like really black but the place was really clean and the people were very nice but I couldn’t really get a new meal because I’m not Close enough to the place
