We stopped in here for a dozen donuts. The staff did not greet us at all whatsoever, nor did they thank us for our patronage. We did, however, thank them and all we got was a rude mm hmm. The donuts themselves were stale and old. We estimated they had to be 3-4 days old based on the texture and stiffness of them. To think we actually paid for something like that, makes us sick. We'll never be back to this location.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Don’t have something but accepts the mobile order only to find out when arriving at the store can’t do anything about it and going to make me call customer service to cancel my order for a refund? Then I asked for the number and was told “ Legally, we cannot call for the customer” in this case legally means we don’t want to help. Will be calling customer support and will not be going back.

They need to open the lobby- at least for mobile orders. This is ridiculous. Line is always long in the morning. I ordered munchkins and didn’t even get the correct amount I ordered. But the one lady working in the morning is so sweet and always friendly.

We frequent this dunkin donuts often. Often enough for them to know our order pretty well. The young lady today with a ponytail dark brown hair. HAD THE RUDEST ATTITUDE today. I hope her day gets better.

Picked up my mobile order and realized I was missing items. Was unable to go back since I had to get to work so I called to see if I was able to pick up the missing items later or get a refund. The girl on the phone just hung up on me. I attempted to call back twice to which they declined my calls. Not a good way of doing business

This is my FAVORITE dunkin, everytime I get my coffee at 7 in the morning the people I interact with are positive and pleasant. I also believe my coffee is rather consistent which I heard is a common complaint for other locations.

the food is good, don’t get me wrong. but we ordered our drink 100% correct and THEY got it wrong, so they charged extra?? they barely understand what your saying in there and they always load our drinks with ice and it’s two sips. the service is absolutely horrible
