The service here is amazing and the atmosphere is great. My only concern is that I got pickles on my burger and they were so soggy. I’m not sure if it’s just this restaurant, or a new thing, but they did not seem fresh. They were too chewy and not crunchy, like a pickle should be. But other than that, the food was amazing.

Went to the new 5 Guys in Willoughby let's just say not best customer service ordered burger fries shake order up no fries than had to wait again with myself and 1 other person for time spent in there and error on order should have just given fries on the house also tomotoes put on burger didn't ask for tomatoes I do not eat tomatoes due to acidity-burger made sloppy. Hey show pride in your job or find somewhere else to work. O last employee go to tell me o we don't...

The Burger and fries were very good. I think the fries are the best I've had in a while. My only issue with this place is the fact that 3 burgers and 2 fries cost over 40 bucks!!! We could have gone to Applebee's and have better choices for the amount of money we spent.
