BE SPECIFIC at this location, especially on weekends. I always order the oatmilk shaken espresso but my way, and today it was made wrong. Now I'm running late, sad cause I didn't have an extra 10 mins for to it to be remade (was offered, but after all the waiting, didn't have time), but not happy cause it tastes awful. I also asked for it to be changed to blonde espresso cause I forgot to tell the cashier and that wasn't done. I get they're busy and look...
i asked for my drink made wit love bc i felt like the last starbucks i went to ( different location) i didn’t feel like it was made wit love bc it didn’t taste right and the girl understood the assignment and made my drink wit love and it made my day and made me tear up so to the girl who made my drink tyy smm
Ben's customer service was great. My drink on the other hand was terrible (he didn't make it) The drink was supposed to be a caramel ribbon crunch. It was icy and there was no crunch.
