“We had a great experience this weekend at Teamz. We brought in a very large group 20+ for a team lunch. The staff was super accommodating. Our waitress Wendy was amazing and really handled such a large group like a rockstar. Our food came out quick for having so many people. Everyone really enjoyed their meals. “First time visiting this restaurant for lunch on a Thursday afternoon. Megan, our waitress was absolutely wonderful with a smile and such great service and recommendations for things on the menu. My friend Stacey and I really enjoyed the entire experience. The food was very tasty and healthy portion of delicious fries with my Divine Smashburger . I will be talking about this place to others on the east side of Cleveland. Definitely worth the drive. Would love to get this restaurant in my publication, Shoreline Faith & Family which is family faith based to launch in the summer so that others can see what a great restaurant it is. “Found this place when I searched for best places to eat in Cleveland while we were on vacation and this one had good reviews and realistic prices so we decided to try it out and we are so glad we did! It was a warm and inviting atmosphere for being mostly a bar with extra seating. You felt like you were at home and all the staff treated you like you were family or a good friend and they looked happy to be there even though it got a bit busy when we had gotten there. Service was excellent, food was delicious, my husband got the ribs and he was in love. I tried the bbq sauce as I'm really picky about bbq sauces and it was delicious! The skull shaped cornbread was so good. I had a turkey club sandwich with the chips and the French onion dip is a must have. Great experience, we will definitely be back next time we are up in Cleveland!“

A neurologist friend took me here many years ago as a graduation celebration from nursing school. I’ve been coming back ever since, and I’ve never had a disappointment for a night or meal. “What a treat! Anytime I have been to Pier W I feel spoiled. Took my mom and her 3 friends for her 89th Birthday and they all loved it!! We will definitely be back for her 90th! Thank you.“

“This is a beautiful restaurant, and I will definitely be back, so I’m still giving it 5 stars. However, I started upstairs at the bar, and the bartender working around 8 PM (her name started with an “R”) was unfortunately very rude. Her demeanor was off-putting from the start, and she didn’t even bother to wipe down the bar area for us.

My friend and I stood there for about three minutes waiting to be acknowledged while there was only one other person at the bar. I was honestly so shocked by the lack of customer service that I was ready to leave. My friend ended up moving the dirty cups and wiping down our area so we could sit down and wait for a drink. To make matters worse, we weren’t even given clean menus.

Thankfully, after our first round of drinks, we went outside to enjoy the fire pit area, and that completely changed the experience. Manager Mary was absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Thank you, Mary!

I didn’t make a formal complaint because it wasn’t that serious, but I did want to mention it. Aside from that one bartender, every single staff member we encountered from the valet team to the greeters downstairs was friendly, welcoming, and amazing.

Overall, the restaurant is beautiful, the atmosphere is great, and because of the excellent service from the rest of the staff, I will definitely be back. :)“

“Best patio in Lakewood. Food is solid and the service is absolutely incredible. Kyonna was incredibly personable and took amazing care of us. We will be back to try some more food, but what we had was decent for just stopping in for a handful of appetizers and cocktails. I'll be back just because the ambiance and service were impeccable. Because we are regulars there, Nick the manager bent the rules a wee bit to allow us to have the back area, near the bar for our party right at opening time on a Saturday. The service by wait staff Mary and Lauren was fabulous, every one of us LOVED our food and your hospitality was off the charts! “A really nice neighborhood bar. It has the feel of a working man's bar. It's an atmosphere that I enjoy. The food I have tried is excellent with large portions. I had the best BLT of my life here. Usually I get the wings which far surpass Buffulo Wild Wings. The staff is friendly and very attentive. It is an out of the way place, but not far off the beaten path. I highly recommend.“

The bartender Kelly is friendly, knowledgeable, high energy, and fun- be nice to her and tip her well. Men’s washroom is clean and cool. Last but not least LOTS OF PARKING in their free parking lot.
