“My family eat here alot and when we ask for our fries and cheese sticks to be dropped fresh due to our long drive back they always drop them fresh for us so thank you for caring and also being friendly! Tonight 2 of our chicken wraps wasn't made correctly but spoke to manager named Dalton and he was very sincere & apologized and made it right so thank you for being such a nice respectful manager! 🙂“
“The Middletown Elliot dr. Arby's location have the nicest, most helpful manager & employees. The entire store was super clean, good service and fresh food.
I ordered the turkey gyros & crinkle cut fries, tonight approximately 9:00 pm.
Everything was great. Thank you.“
