One of my favorite items is the pecan chicken salad sandwich. In my home town Arbys I get one a couple times a week. While working out of town I stopped to eat at another location and while the staff was very friendly thats the worse sandwhich ive ever seen. There was nothing but dry diced up chicken in the bread , zero dressing/mayo hardly any fruit or pecans. Just plain diced chicken. I was debating on throwing it away but it costs to much for that....read full review

The guy at the counter was super friendly even though they were out of roast beef which is what I wanted he was quick to offer other options with zero attitude and food was fast and hot
My family eat here alot and when we ask for our fries and cheese sticks to be dropped fresh due to our long drive back they always drop them fresh for us so thank you for caring and also being friendly! Tonight 2 of our chicken wraps wasn't made correctly but spoke to manager named Dalton and he was very sincere & apologized and made it right so thank you for being such a nice respectful manager! 🙂
