I pulled in to the drive thru Friday evening around 8:45pm. I waited in line for over 20 min to place my order. When I pulled up, the car in front of me was given my bag of food. I watched it happen. The bag went into their car and then back to the employee and they turned around and still gave it to me! This is a health code violation, I do believe. Worst drive through ever!! 45minutes from order to pick up. 2 lanes go into one for pick up on a Saturday??? There’s no way you’re meeting your hourly quota. No condiments were in bag, pulled away to find no straws and napkins. The fries were cold. The bearded gentleman was incredibly rude when we received our food. I will never come back.
This has been our worst experience at any of the locations throughout allll of the states we have visited. I did a mobile order for the drive thru - at first they couldn’t find my order and then I wait 20 mins in line to be pulled over into “spot 1” and sit for another 10 mins while cars drive past me. Very disappointed.
