“Went on 04/18 - actually just left. I have a tree nut allergy and asked for a snickers whitsard. After sitting down to wait for our ice cream a girl came up and said they were out of snickers in the back they use for allergens. They brought me a list of candies they could use with ingredients lists and then when I got my icecream they brought extra candies and were kind the entire time. This is a severe anaphylactic allergy so I often have anxiety about it but these girls were awesome I’ve never encountered staff that take my allergy so seriously. Idk give them a raise or something all of them were great. Thank u.“

“We just love Rosie’s! It’s on the pricey side for a family of 7 to go but we enjoy it every time! The staff is friendly and options and perfect. They offer taste testing if you’re unsure and loyalty card to punch for a free froyo after the card is filled. Worth a stop!“

“This is our favorite place to go in Heath. the food is delicious, the ice cream is delicious. and always very friendly service. we were so excited to see that they were opened back up for the season! you should try them out. we love them“

“One negative I have is when a customer orders something and it’s not done and when you say something to the employee they just the eyes they should make it right who wants to eat cold food“

“Johnathan has been beyond wonderful to me as a customer. He ALWAYS speaks to every customer that walks in the door no matter what he is doing at that moment! He ALWAYS makes sure our cookies are perfect & that I am taken care of. He definitely makes our 45m drive worth it every week! Employee of the month should definitely go out to him!“

“Every week, I drive from Youngstown Ohio to Lancaster Ohio to spend time with my girlfriend. As I was heading back to Youngstown, I decided to try this DQ, and I grabbed a cheeseburger and hot fudge milkshake. The service was a bit slow, and the burger was a bit sloppily put together, but honestly the cheeseburger from this DQ was one of the best burgers I've had in a long time. Seriously. This is definitely a country style place, in the middle of nowhere, and everything about this place screams 'quaint'. I cant wait to have to pass by here again, to stop and get another amazing sandwiche. Do yourself a favor and stop here.“
