“8/14/25 at around 3 PM. The young female you had waiting on customers at the front counter is exactly the type of exceptional person you want working at your business. I'd try to keep her around & have her train other employees- even at other locations, if it were my business. She was polite & pleasant, well-spoken, & prompt with service. The food was fresh & hot. I don't normally have to stop & eat in Minerva, but I got held up with my work, so I decided to stop in. No regrets, job well done, and thank you.“

“A lot of people write bad reviews on this place but there’s employees that work here and teenagers that work here that can’t control any of it and that worked their butts off and all I see on here is people Hating on the place, but you guys aren’t in there shoes you can’t keep a fast food clean place when you’re busy constantly So if you people have no knowledge of how it is to work at a fast food place keep your reviews to yourself!“

“I have to say, the staff, while maybe not being the most oriented to a more formal customer service, are very easy to connect with and help make sandwich dreams come true. Seriously. I had an amazing sandwich here. I GASPED when I saw they put together the perfect sandwich, exactly what I had been craving for days. I still am thinking about it. I have heard that they do sometimes seem to try to close early, it seems this is a theme for a number of Minerva "fast food" spots. The store has been clean and the food has been good when I have dropped in. I am greatly looking forwards to my next visit“

“Grew up on this DQ. Still have not found one within a 50 mile radius better. The service is always on point too! Great job! Proud of our local DQ in Malvern.“

“Always receive decent food from this DQ but, like the other fast food places in this town, make sure you check your order before you leave. I paid an extra 50 cents for marinara sauce with my cheese curds, which I didn't even realize cost extra since they asked if I wanted marinara or ranch. When I got home low and behold there was no marinara sauce.“
