“Chick-fil-A off Mason Montgomery has unmatched service. I have went to get curbside pick up there twice and the absolute sweetest old man has served me both times! He always makes sure my food is all correct before just leaving & both times he’s noticed i was EXTREMELY pregnant. He was so happy for me and asked me if he could add me to his prayers both times, asking the babies name & my due date… it was the most heart touching thing i’ve ever experienced from a complete stranger especially one whose only job is to bring me food. i look forward to seeing him next time i go. “I'm hooked on their chicken and wedges, seriously! I'm almost too embarrassed to say my husband picks them up three times a week. No joke, I can't quit. The only thing I'd change is the wedge size; they're enormous! I prefer smaller ones, more flavor that way. (Just my opinion) Everything always tastes fresh. Occasionally, I get a chewy chicken piece.“

“I ordered their chicken livers from Doordash. I asked for a special request for how they were cooked (please fry lightly) and they were SPECTACULAR! Best chicken livers I've had since moving here 22 years ago! In fact, I think I need to have them again today! Awesome food! (The wedges and bone-in chicken were great, too!)“

“This is one of the best places to eat in the park when it is hot outside or raining. The outdoor seating has shade that keeps you cool and dry. The food was decent, but its location and seating options make it a standout food spot at the park.“

“Forgot part of the order in the drive through. I called to have the missing items refunded. I was told that was not possible. Both employees I spoke to were rude. I placed a complaint, and received a call back the next day. I was told I would have to drive to the location if I wanted a refund. they could not refund the card. There are plenty of choices for food, this will not be on the list again. Iwill not be back. They could care less about the customer.“

“Marco was outstanding. Came in and needed a large order for my family last minute of 5 large fries and 25 chicken tenders. Marco took the time to make fresh batches for us to make sure I had fresh chicken and fries for my family. Also made sure we had plenty of side sauces so everyone was happy. Waiting the extra few minutes was totally worth it and this is true customer service. I will definitely be returning to this location going forward. Great experience.“
