“Best NY style pizza in the area!“

“I eat here occasionally. Service has always been good for me. They have several styles of pizza to choose from including their deep dish or thin or hand tossed round pizzas, NY bold fold or gluten free if you want. My favorite is their Aloha BBQ Chicken, hand tossed round. Yum! They've got nice deals on slices and you can get some sandwiches, too. They have good salads to go along with their pizzas, although I haven't seen too many people getting them.“

“I have been meaning to stop by since they opened, finally had a chance tonight. Casual atmosphere of a neighborhood place. Warm greeting upon arrival. You order at the counter and the food is brought to your table. I had garlic knots and a small pizza and both were delicious. The pizza was a 10” pie the size of a paper plate. The toppings were fresh and evenly spread over the pie which was perfectly cooked. The crust was the perfect consistency. The pizza really did taste like a traditional pizza I use to have when I was young and we lived next door to a family from Italy. It’s a can’t miss experience, and I will definitely dine here again.“

“Today we picked Fireside cause we wanted to try some Cincinnati pizza! All I can say is what an amazing place. The gentleman working was amazing!! Helped tell us about other places to go, had us try some different draft beers, they made the best pizza’s even my kids loved all the different types and loved drawing plates to put on the wall. If we were to ever come back this way definitely would be coming back! Recommend 100x!!“

“Not a lot of seating but the food was good especially the goetta sandwich the kids meals are nice and plenty of food has a small town feel. Food is quality. I guess my only complaint is the pizza could have been hotter. But I wouldn't call it cold and I would definitely eat there again.“

“Today’s visit was terrible. Pizza had huge bubbles that were charcoaled and bottom wasn’t baked. Service was not good either. A small place that somehow accommodated a party of 10, 8 of which were loud teens. We were moved to accommodate these guests and they didn’t behave like someone their age should. Ruined a Sunday evening meal.“

“We ate at Lori’s American Pies tonight for the first time and loved it! We had the meat lovers; the a create your own with Korean bbq base, bacon and cheese and the Southern Charm (we got a small of each, the three of us wanted to try different things). They were all great! We also got a side of the street corn (it’s cold- and we loved it) and then for dessert we had a salted caramel whoopie pie to share. We all enjoyed our dinner. We will definitely return!“

“My husband and I stopped in today for lunch after seeing it recommended on Google. The fresh focaccia with olive oil and balsamic were hands down the best I’ve ever had. My husband enjoyed his wedge salad and we split a highly delicious pepperoni pizza. Mike and Maddie were so welcoming! We even got to enjoy their brand new outdoor umbrellas which gave such a nice touch to their outdoor dining patio. We will definitely be back sooner rather than later! 🥰“

“We drive from Lexington, Ky every few months just to eat at Newport Pizza Company. Everything is made fresh. Meatballs are great and the hoagies are delicious. Also their Cincinatus pizza puts a whole new spin on my favorite chili. Visit them, you won’t be disappointed.“

“I have been in town less than a month and have already come 7 times. Have definitely found my spot! Working my way around the menu and everything is wonderful. Have had the Cobb salad, burger, ham and Swiss plus waffle fries and loaded tots. Prices are great, service is always wonderful. Live music some days and daily drink specials. A home run!“

“We are from out of town and decided on pizza. After looking at yelp stars we decided to come here. Everything was great and the service was amazing. My five year old ask him for ranch and after we were done he packed up our pizza and we left. Got back to our hotel and he threw in extra ranch for her. “We heard about this spot while researching for out vacation on YouTube. It did not disappoint! The breadsticks are so soft and they are huge! Pizza was great. We spent under $40 for the food. We went upstairs where they delivered our pizza to our table and we bought drinks at the bar. So many kinds of bourbon to choose from! Not sure what we spent on drinks. The guys each had two bourbon cocktails and the ladies each had one fruity cocktail. If we find ourselves in the area again we will definitely be back!“

“We ate at Caruso’s for the first time July 3, 2024. My wife and I thought our meals were 5 star, delicious! She had the Chicken Marsala and I had the Rigatoni Rustica. “Fratelli's has been my and my husband's favorite pizza spot for a long time. We live about 40 mins away, but it's SO worth the drive. Nice thin crust, delicious pizza, try the Craiger (ultimate meat pizza), you won't regret it. Also, the staff is made up of mostly young people and they're all phenomenal and very kind. Pay them a visit, you won't regret it!“

“Marion's is a throwback to an earlier era of dining experiences, such as them falling out your order number when it's time to go pick your food up at the counter. It has essentially not changed since the 1960s (except for adding the ability to pay with forms other than cash). They don't even permit tipping, which seems wild in 2026. But the main reason to go is the pizza, which is uniquely Dayton-style pie. Most people I've introduced it to love it. It is my favorite pizza and I've had the privilege of trying pizza all over the US. Give it a try...you might just enjoy it. One warning, though: You may end up eating far more of it than you'd prefer to....those tiny squares are kinda addictive.“

“I am so disappointed and embarrassed. I had family coming from out of state. 3 hours before they arrived we ordered a cheese pizza and grape walnut salad for our vegetarian family. We went to pick up the pizza 3 hours later. When we got back with the pizza,we found that it was a pepperoni pizza. The salad was not grape walnut, but it was topped with bacon. It was too late to switch out due to the fact that they were already waiting on dinner! So disappointed! I cannot reccomend them any more.“
